Terms of use

Last updated: 1 September 2026

This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Who operates Vibelink

Vibelink is a service operated by ETS DE LUXE & E-Kom, available at vibelink.space. The service can be reached on +237 6 79 95 66 39 (WhatsApp and phone).

Using the service — whether to create a fundraiser or to send money to one — means accepting these terms.

2. What the service does

Vibelink lets you create a public fundraising page tied to a link, and receive mobile money payments on it. The owner follows what they collect and then withdraws the amounts to their own mobile money account.

Vibelink is neither a bank nor a payment institution. Payments are executed by our provider PawaPay and by the mobile money operators involved. Vibelink does not collect funds on its own account and never stores a card number.

3. The account

  • An account is created with a Google account and a WhatsApp number.
  • One WhatsApp number can be linked to only one Vibelink account.
  • The WhatsApp number is shown publicly on the fundraising page: that is how donors can reach the owner. This is stated before sign-up is confirmed, and it cannot be turned off.
  • The account holder is responsible for its content and for the accuracy of the information they publish.

4. What is not allowed

The following are prohibited:

  • raising money for an illegal activity, or for a purpose presented dishonestly;
  • impersonating another person, association or company;
  • publishing violent, hateful or pornographic content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
  • attempting to bypass the technical limits of the service, to distort its counters, or to automate its use.

An offending account may be suspended. The page then stays reachable so that links already shared do not break, but it no longer accepts donations and is removed from search engines.

5. Donations and fees

  • A donation is final. Vibelink offers no refund, neither to the donor nor at the owner’s request.
  • Before confirming, the donor sees the full breakdown: the amount debited, the fees, and what will be credited.
  • Fees are charged once, at the time of the payment. They cover the mobile money operator’s fees, the payment provider’s fees, the Vibelink commission, and a provision meant to cover the withdrawal to come.
  • The Vibelink commission in force is shown on the home page. It may change; the applicable amount is the one shown at the time of the donation.
  • The owner may choose to bear the fees instead of the donor. That choice appears in the breakdown shown before payment.
  • After a successful payment, the donor receives a downloadable and shareable receipt.

If an amount is wrong, the donor can contact the owner, whose number appears on the page. Vibelink takes no part in that arrangement.

6. Balance and withdrawals

  • The balance shown is net of all fees: it is withdrawable in full.
  • Withdrawals go to a mobile money number, in the currency of the wallet concerned.
  • A minimum withdrawal amount applies, which varies by currency.
  • Above a cumulative withdrawn amount set by the platform, identity verification is required before any further withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals may be suspended temporarily, in particular when the payment provider does not support payouts in a given country. Amounts already collected remain the owner’s.

7. Closing, relaunching and deletion

The owner can close their fundraiser at any time: it then stops accepting donations, but the page stays online. They can relaunch it as it stands, or start over — the previous cycle is then archived and may appear among the successful fundraisers shown on the home page. In every case, the balance is never reset.

Account deletion is requested from the service. Data needed for the accounting traceability of payments already made is retained.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. Vibelink takes reasonable steps to keep it available, without being able to guarantee it: an outage at a mobile money operator or at the payment provider is outside its control.

Vibelink is not responsible for what an owner does with the amounts collected, nor for the content they publish. The relationship between a donor and an owner binds only them.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page; using the service after a change means accepting it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute will be brought before the competent Cameroonian courts.
